 All new clients must complete intake forms before the initial appointment and undergo a complimentary consultation with our provider, whether in person or via telehealth (approximately 15 minutes). To ensure the safety of our clients, appointments without completed intake forms and an initial consultation will be canceled, with strict enforcement of our cancellation policy. Walk-ins are welcome during business hours, pending availability. 

One-time pre-procedure complimentary consultation with the provider is also available via

secured-site telehealth to suit your busy schedule. For availability outside business hours, please

IV infusion therapy lasts approximately 45-60 minutes and is held in a lounge-style setting.  Walk-in appointments are welcome, depending on provider availability. If you choose to walk in, please allow an additional 10-15 minutes to complete the intake forms on-site. 

IV infusion therapy in individual/private setting or group accommodations are also available per

Intramuscular injection therapy lasts approximately 10 minutes and is administered in a lounge-style setting. Privacy accommodations will be provided upon request. 

Our TOX appointment typically lasts about 30 minutes, with all new clients required to complete intake forms before their initial session. A complimentary consultation with our provider, either in person or via telehealth (approximately 15 minutes), is also mandatory. Walk-in appointments are welcome, depending on provider availability. If you choose to walk in, please allow an additional 10-15 minutes to complete the intake forms on-site.
