ALL new clients must complete intake forms 48 hours before the initial appointment and

undergo complimentary consultation with our provider whether in person or via telehealth

(approximately 15 minutes). To ensure the safety of our clients without intake forms and initial

consultation, the appointment will be cancelled with strict enforcement of cancellation policy.

One-time pre-procedure complimentary consultation with the provider is also available via

secured-site telehealth to suit your busy schedule. For availability outside business hours, please

IV infusion therapy lasts approximately 45-60 minutes and is held in a lounge-style setting.

IV infusion therapy in individual/private setting or group accommodations are also available per
